Our 1 day Whistler sightseeing tours out of Vancouver start at just $50!
You can choose to come over a day or two in advance if you want time to explore Vancouver before your Whistler ski tour. If time is limited, just come over the night before. We’ll help arrange accommodation in Vancouver and transportation to / from Victoria for you!
TOUR OVERVIEW
This is a “Do-It-Yourself” tour. We help you with the ferry and shuttle arrangements, we help you book a hotel in downtown Vancouver, and then we spend the day with you in Whistler.
It’s the LEAST EXPENSIVE way to go! If you want time to explore Vancouver, just come over Friday night or early Saturday morning so that you have time for sightseeing in this world-class city! We can even help you arrange a local sightseeing tour.

TOUR HIGHLIGHTS
- SEA TO SKY HIGHWAY. Sit back and enjoy this scenic tour on one of the most beautiful highways in the Lower Mainland. Views of Howe Sound change to snow capped mountains and rugged valleys as you head north to Whistler.
- SHANNON FALLS. Higher than Niagara Falls, this beautiful waterfall cascades down the mountainside in Squamish.
- TANTALUS MOUNTAIN VIEWPOINT. Get the best view of this small but spectacular mountain range towering above Howe Sound.

To guarantee availability you must book and pay in advance for rentals and lift tickets.
There are dozens of great outdoor activities in Whistler and we can help you with any of them however these are the most popular.
- Whistler Sightseeing Gondola and the PEAK 2 PEAK Experience.
The PEAK 2 PEAK joins Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains with a breathtaking 4.4 km ride. It boasts the longest unsupported span in the world; highest lift of it’s kind in the world, and it’s part of the longest continuous lift system in the world. You’ve GOT to try it!
Adult (19 and older) = $40
Youth (13 – 18 years old) $35
Child (7 – 12 years old) $20.
- Bungee Jumping – another total Adrenaline Rush as you test your nerve by throwing yourself off a perfectly good bridge to plunge 53m (160 ft) over the Cheakamus river. $120 – SAVE $10!
- HALF DAY of Skiing or Snowboarding. Ideal for those that want to say that they have skied or boarded at Whistler but still want time to explore some of the village. Plus you get to sleep in later than on our full day ski tour!

These are the dates that we have a ski tour running from Vancouver to Whistler. You will need to come over from Victoria the night before to join your tour.

TOUR ITINERARY (sample)
** NOTE – winter driving conditions can make a big difference on timings. Safety is our #1 concern so, when driving through the mountains in winter, the rule is – you get there when you get there.
Saturday
Make your own way to Vancouver.
Free time. The night is yours to explore Vancouver!
Sunday
8:00 am – Meet at the corner of Seymour St. and Cordova St. across from the Waterfront Skytrain & Seabus Station
En route to Whistler we stop at the Tantalus Mountain Viewpoint and Shannon Falls
11:00 am – Arrive in Whistler Village
Join your guide for an orientation walking tour of Whistler Village.
* Option to go skiing or boarding for a half day
Free time to shop, do an optional activity, have lunch and explore
4:30 pm – Join your group at one of the local pubs for a beer or two (optional).
6:00 pm – Depart Whistler
8:00 pm – Arrive Vancouver
Option to head back to Victoria or spend another night in Vancouver.
TOUR NOTES
To guarantee availability you must book and pay in advance for rentals and lift tickets.
What to bring:
- Proof of medical insurance
- Government photo ID (passport) & student ID if you plan to join the group at the pub
- Warm clothing, hat, gloves, boots.
Policies:
- We recommend paying at least 10 days before departure to avoid disappointment
- The tour is NON-REFUNDABLE within 7 days of departure
- NO REFUND if you fail to show up at the meeting spot on time
- A small bus may be used for smaller groups
