Host Mountain of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, beautiful Whistler is just a short drive away on one of the world’s most scenic highways: the Sea-to-Sky. Whistler Village is a bustling resort town with exhilarating activities, amazing shopping, and delicious food and drink options at the many restaurants and pubs. Come explore the mountain resort consistently ranked #1 in North America by SKI Magazine. Our three day Adventurer gives you the option to ski or board during the day and party each night in Whistler’s world-renowned clubs and bars (19+). A Whistler weekend getaway is always a great time!
Day 1 – Travel to Whistler
12:30pm – Depart Vancouver and head north along highway 99 a.k.a. the Sea-to-Sky highway. Our first stop is Shannon Falls near Squamish, BC to view the 335m high waterfall. The drive continues and we climb up into the mountains and arrive at Whistler Village, which has an elevation of 670m. After checking into your hotel rooms your guide will take you on a walking tour of the village. Next take free time to have dinner at a restaurant or cook in your own apartment-style kitchen.
Around 9:30pm we get the party started, meet the group and go out on the town together with the tour guides taking you to the hottest nightlife spots (19+).
Day 2 – Day of Skiing/Snowboarding or Free Time
Rise and shine at 8:00am to hit the slopes! Nothing cures a hangover better than fresh mountain air, which you will be getting plenty of as you explore Whistler Blackcomb’s 8,171 acres of terrain. Discounts on rentals are available and we highly recommend taking a lesson from the excellent instructors available, in order to up your game.
OR, if you prefer to enjoy the other things that Whistler has to offer, then wake up when you like and explore the area at your leisure. Play in the snow, relax in the hot tub, or go to the top of the mountain as a sightseer and ride the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola for the best views.
Apres ski means “after skiing” in French, but in English it means let’s get the party started! Once the day on the slopes is finished we will all meet at a local pub for snacks and drinks before dinner.
Once again we go out as a group to experience the amazing nightlife in Whistler (19+).
Day 3 – Second Day of Skiing/Snowboarding and Return to Vancouver
Get up out of bed and hit the slopes for the second day to ride your favourite runs. You’re practically a local now.
OR, sleep in and don’t forget about the possibility to go up the gondola to sightsee, go ziplining, or go bungee jumping.
We depart Whistler around 4:30pm and enjoy the scenic drive back. We will return to Waterfront Station in Vancouver at around 6:30pm.
